Return eligibility
To request a return, contact DoPeptide within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused and unopened, with intact seals, original packaging and proof of purchase.
Items we cannot accept
Opened, used, tampered-with or customer-damaged items, products outside their original condition, final-sale items and requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible. Items damaged in transit should be reported under our shipping policy.
Requesting a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase and reason for returning the item. Wait for our return instructions before sending it back.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect returned items and email the approval or rejection decision. Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers pay return postage.
