Processing and delivery

DoPeptide processes paid orders within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders enter processing the next business day. Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 days after dispatch, as shown at checkout; carrier delays may affect arrival. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Carriers, charges and tracking

We select a carrier and service appropriate for your destination and order. Checkout displays the applicable shipping charge and any free-shipping promotion before you pay. After dispatch, we email your shipment confirmation and tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Missing or damaged shipments

For transit damage, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If a shipment appears lost or has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
